Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships
Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Identify opportunities for account growth and support contract renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
2 to 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles
Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and task management tools
Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
