The Senior Manager IMSC Project Systems & Reporting is responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, and oversight for the tools and reporting for the global IMSC Portfolio, Programs, and Projects Capability. This includes responsibility for establishing the systems, reporting and analytics strategy in alignment with partners, and delivering accurate reporting to drive visibility and strong analysis to support decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process and lifecycle ownership to deploy, document and maintain systems and reporting and ensure that designs are lean and effective across IMSC and are strategically integrated with strategy and execution.
Ensure day-to-day system support to the portfolio, program & project management community and apply innovative solutions to optimize current systems and reporting.
Partner with internal team members and business partners to provide analytics with data integrity.
Qualifications
Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT.
Experience and Skills :
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge / deep understanding of Portfolio & Project Management related systems and tools, including system / application design, implementation, and management.
Other : Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally. Requires up to 15% domestic and / or international travel. Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000 USD to $212,750 USD. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
