Lead Switch Platform Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Switch Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain RDMA drivers for high-speed networking on Linux and / or Windows

Optimize low-latency, high-throughput data transfer mechanisms for HPC, cloud, and storage applications

Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and networking teams to enable seamless integration with RDMA-capable NICs

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in Linux or Windows kernel development and device driver programming

Strong expertise in RDMA technologies such as InfiniBand and RoCE

Proficiency in C / C++ programming for kernel and system-level software

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

Experience with networking stacks, TCP / IP, and high-speed Ethernet
