Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Piscataway, New Jersey. This is a contract position with potential for extension, requiring a hybrid work setup that includes 100% onsite training initially. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless coordination with various departments to meet service expectations. We are ideally looking for candidates with experience in SAP.

Responsibilities :

  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with established policies.
  • Investigate shipping and invoicing discrepancies by collaborating with relevant departments and entering data into the customer satisfaction system.
  • Partner with the sales team to exceed customer service goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage embellishment fulfillment, including new logo setups, existing configurations, and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate with supply chain and distribution teams regarding delivery schedules, tracking details, and order activities.
  • Resolve issues related to orders placed on manual hold, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Issue return goods authorizations (RGAs) for customers and manage required documentation.
  • Provide backup support for picking, packing, and shipping literature as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software systems such as SAP or Esker is a plus.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and client relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and analyze issues effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
