Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - SNF Contract
Medadventures is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a contract position at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). If you're passionate about improving communication and swallowing functions for geriatric patients, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
