KONI, an entity of ITT Corporation's Motion Technologies Division, has been in business for 150 years, involved in automobile dampers since 1932 and has produced adjustable telescopic dampers since 1945. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving processes and systems in a production and warehouse environment. The role involves optimizing the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing and warehouse operations while minimizing costs. This position is also responsible for the repair of mechanical or electromechanical machines, equipment, tools, engines, and systems. The role may incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. In addition, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. This position is based on site in Hebron, KY USA.
