Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The RN / LPN will play a critical role in delivering quality healthcare services to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
