We are seeking a proactive, reliable and experienced Facilities & Office Services Associate to support daily operations across office services, print, facilities maintenance, mail distribution, and meeting / event support to work with our client, a prominent, international accounting & consulting firm located in Manhattan.

This individual will ensure seamless transitions during interoffice moves, maintain cleanliness and supply standards, and execute essential printing, mailroom, and maintenance tasks with professionalism and precision.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

Pay Range : $23-$25 / hr

Schedule : Mon.- Fri., 8am-5pm

Location : on-site, New York, NY 10017

Key Responsibilities :

Office Moves & Meeting Setups

  • Execute internal office moves, including furniture relocations.
  • Set up and break down meetings with attention to detail and space optimization.
  • Print & Reprographics Services

  • Perform printing tasks, including copying, binding, stapling, hole punching, and quality control.
  • Maintain copier equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Fulfill CD / DVD duplication requests for clients and imaging projects.
  • Mailroom Operations

  • Sort and distribute interoffice mail accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform scheduled internal mail runs and operate postage equipment for outgoing mail processing.
  • Prepare certified and registered mail and collect outgoing mail from designated zones.
  • Meeting Room Oversight

  • Monitor meeting rooms and ensure punctual arrival and readiness for all participants.
  • Sanitization & Supply Replenishment

  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
  • Replenish supplies as needed and ensure accurate signage placement.
  • Address and resolve cleaning or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with corporate polish and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Prior experience in facilities, office services, or mailroom environments.
  • Basic understanding of general maintenance and reprographics operations.
