Closets by Design is seeking Sales Designers who can bring both style and functionality to our clients homes.

As a Closets by Design Designer, youll visit clients homes, assess their space, and design custom storage solutions that are both beautiful and practical. Youll have the freedom to think outside the box, design on the fly, and turn a clients vision into reality.

This is a commission-based role We offer pre-set appointments with new and repeat clientsno cold calling required. You have the potential to earn even more if you are motivated to also generate your own leads in addition to the pre-set appointments, but this is not required.

A Day in the Life

1. Meet clients at their homes with all leads and marketing materials provided.
2. Build rapport and understand clients organizational needs.
3. Walk through the home to assess opportunities and recommend creative solutions.
4. Use your design skills and our products to create functional, beautiful spaces.
5. Follow sales training and apply your communication skills to help clients achieve their dream home.

Requirements

1. No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
2. Must be coachable and eager to learn.
3. Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
4. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance.
5. Willing to travel up to two hours to serve customers throughout our territory.
