REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal Project Estimator is proficient in Excel, has strong negotiation skills, and is willing to travel 25%. Here's what you need to get started in this estimation role :

DAY TO DAY

Our Project Estimator works from 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday .

This is a highly dynamic and collaborative estimation role where you create comprehensive bids for roofing jobs and provide accurate estimates for the proposed work. Attentive to detail, you gather important information by conducting site visits, evaluating the existing roof's condition, and speaking with the client about their needs. You determine the total scope of the project and estimate the costs for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.

Diligently, you review the plans with the client, answer questions, and adjust your estimates depending on their feedback. You explain why we're the best choice for the job, helping expand our portfolio and securing more business!
