Descripción del trabajoPaid Time Off (PTO) and flexible schedule Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay and direct deposit Employee events Numerous Top Workplace awards 24 / 7 on-call for support Training opportunities Sign on bonus for eligible nurses Nurse Referral Bonus Competitive pay with overtime built into your schedule Medication administration per physician orders Physician ordered treatments for : Nutrition via a feeding tube Tracheostomy care Suctioningnasal, oral and / or endotracheal Ventilation care Seizure assessment and treatment Current, active Texas RN license Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and / or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus. About the Role
Position Available : Low Acuity Nurse for 15yr old female patient
Location : 78248 (San Antonio, TX)
Shifts Needed :
- Day Shifts : Monday - Wednesday, Saturday 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM Thursday 3 : 00pm - 7 : 00pm Friday 12 : 00pm - 7 : 00pm
- Night Shifts : Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
