No prior ABA experience? No problem!
We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role.

Competitive pay: $18- $25/hour, based on experience and location
Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts
Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support

Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
Accurately track data and progress in real-time
Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
$18-$23/hour depending on qualifications and market
Set your preferred availability—weekday, evening, and weekend options available
Work close to home; we serve families throughout Dearborn and surrounding areas
Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check
Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
