About the Role :

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor while also managing the administrative side of operations. You'll support all aspects of service, team development, and guest relations - while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations.

Key Qualifications :

• 2–4 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills

Proven ability to manage daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive results
