Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead their software development team and enhance their SaaS application.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications, ensuring high-quality coding standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to system architecture and design

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

5 years+ of professional experience in full stack development, with previous leadership experience preferred

Demonstrable expertise in front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Flask)

Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code while adhering to industry standards and best practices

Experience managing projects in Jira and familiarity with Agile methodologies
