Director of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and direct the Software Engineering group, focusing on strategic design, development, and maintenance of systems

Manage technology-related risks and ensure alignment of software strategies with business goals

Oversee the development and execution of multiple agile teams, including resource allocation and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline, preferably in Computer Science or related field

10+ years of experience as a software engineer preferred

15+ years of technology-related experience, with at least 5 years in management

In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and the software development life cycle

Demonstrated success in leading high-performing agile teams
