Lendz Financial is seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing Operations team. No mortgage experience necessary we'll teach you everything you need to know! Internally, this role is known as the Collateral Specialist and plays a vital part in managing collateral documentation, supporting servicing and funding processes, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of loan files. It's an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of post-closing activities. This position is fully onsite at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters on Las Olas Boulevard.
