EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. PCU experience Knowledge of cardiac rhythms and surgical patients Chest tube management, epidurals Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Teamwork ability Time management with high turnover of patients List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Post cardiac cath, EP studies, device placements, groin management, chest tubes , post op surgical patients Critical drips, epidurals, PCA Best personality Fit : Outgoing, team oriented, willing to go above and beyond for patients REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : BLS & ACLS Floating Area(s) : ICU taking PCU type patients, PCU, Med-surg (taking 5 patients) Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire Navy or white, can mix or match Weekends and On call : Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts No. of Positions : 2 / 2.
