Descripción del trabajoManage logistics and purchasing activity for a growing multi-branch operation Coordinate the movement of raw and finished materials between mills, paint lines, and branches Maintain inventory accuracy across 8 branches and distribution partners Partner weekly with branch managers on material counts and transfers Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams Use Excel and ERP systems (JobCor) to analyze, forecast, and streamline material flow Identify and improve supply chain processes as the company scales from $50M+ to $100M+ in revenue 1–7 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain operations (manufacturing or distribution preferred) Strong Excel and ERP / MRP proficiency Analytical, organized, and comfortable managing complex workflows Excellent communicator and collaborator — both internally and with suppliers Process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a scaling organization

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping complex supply chains running smoothly. You'll be the central hub connecting manufacturing, distribution, and branch operations — making sure materials move efficiently from production through to delivery.
The Opportunity
- Title : Logistics & Purchasing Manager
- Location : Trenton, NC ( on-site 5 days / week initially ; remote flexibility possible later)
- Compensation : $75K–$80K base + 10–15% annual bonus + yearly raise reviews
