Chief Financial Officer

Overview

We have a brand new role with a small dynamic Biotech company based in the East Coast.

In this challenging, but exciting role you will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, and compliance. You'll collaborate with the CEO and the C-Suite to make high level decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. A strong background in finance and management is needed

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance and mitigate risk
• Build the companies infrastructure for commercialization
• Develop clear financial narratives, KPIs, and reports for venture and strategic investors.
• Oversee audits, tax strategy, and payroll.
• Integrate operational metrics with financial reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee treasury, insurance, and corporate governance.
• Drive IPO readiness and future SOX compliance.
