Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance brand awareness and deliver cohesive experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred
3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination, marketing, or events management
Proven experience in coordinating event logistics and communications
Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Smartsheet
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
