A company is looking for a Head of Business (Payment Gateway).
Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing the commercial strategy and business plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Leading and mentoring the business team, setting clear goals, and fostering accountability
Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the fintech industry (B2B)
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on project goals
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
