PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:

• Located in a major metropolitan area of Chicago, a Family Practice physician is needed to work for a community health facility.
  
  
  
• Requirements: The new Family Practice physician will need to be bi-lingual and fluent speaking Spanish.

• J-1 Visa sponsorship will be available.
  
  
  
• This is a 100% outpatient opportunity.
  
  
• Flexible work schedule: The new Family Practice physician will be given the choice to work (5) eight-hour days or (4) ten-hour days.
  
  
• She or he will need to work one half day Saturday once a month, and will be given time off during the week.

• Call is only 1:7 and is handled over the phone. It is very light.

• The office is comprised of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Behavior Health, Nursing staff and a Pharmacy.

• Reasonable patient volume
