Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors. Assist the Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management efforts in an equitable and consistent manner. Act as the leader in the building and take on management responsibilities when the Store Manager is not available, which includes coaching and training team members. Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture. Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards. Possess in-depth retail expertise. Have at least 2-4 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets. Able to quickly understand and address business information (e.g., budgets and sales forecasts, retail strategy and approaches). Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. FT 32-40 hours weekly Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the evolving retail landscape. Ability to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued. Strong in training, sales, and operations, ensuring a well-rounded approach to store management. Create and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement. You are enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team and inspired to lead by example. Strong networking skills with the ability to generate leads and grow the business. Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize effectively. Constantly standing and walking Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools

As an Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance, ensuring all areas of the store are aligned with key objectives and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of store operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols. You will also lead, mentor, and motivate store employees, while developing strategies to achieve business goals and boost sales in a competitive market. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding the company's market share by selling to both group accounts and retail customers.
