VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Pulmonary Disease.

• Description : LOCUM- Pulmonology JOB DETAILS : Location : 26800 Crown Valley Parkway, Suite 205, MV, CA 92691We will only look at one provider who is available full time (5 days a week, 4 weeks a month) until around April. The shift coverage will be 8am-5pm (may flex a bit). Provider can take a lunch within this time frame for 30 minutes to an hour when they see fit. Job is covering an LOA so will end in April, no extension is expected. Bid should reflect the following : - Guarantee of 8 hours - OT to apply after 9 hours (please see note on OT below)No OT is expected as the clinic has scheduled in ample time for providers to do charting and usually leave the last half hour to an hour for charting as well. Average number of patients will be 12 patients a day but this is not expected from the start. It is expected the locum provider will need to ramp up so may start at 10 and gradually move to 12. PRIVILEGING : No privileges are needed for this provider, they will have to fill out some paperwork to be onboarded as well as any payor paperwork if needed. Please note this will need to be done before they can start. Right now we are aiming for a 12 / 1 start date but that is dependent on interviews and paperwork being completed. REQUIRED : CA License CA DEA Board CertificationPulmonology experience.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
