The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines project management with skilled carpentry. You will set the standard for quality on our jobsites, lead daily operations, and ensure that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the jobsite, aligning daily work with project scopes and timelines.
• Set clear daily goals for team members and subcontractors; monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Maintain jobsite documentation, including checklists, safety logs, daily reports, and time records.
• Partner with the Production Leader to review weekly project hours (estimated vs. actual).
• Coordinate and track material orders; ensure delivery accuracy and quality.
• Perform skilled carpentry and installation work, including stairs, trim, cabinetry, kitchens, and baths.
• Diagnose and repair structural challenges in older homes.
• Foster open communication with designers, clients, and trade partners.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and promote a culture of safety in compliance with OSHA and Tennessee workplace standards.
