Maintain high net revenue retention by ensuring client satisfaction and driving product adoption

Manage relationships to ensure partners achieve measurable outcomes and communicate the platform's impact

Required Qualifications

Experience in account management or partner success roles

Proven track record in securing meetings and strategic outreach

Ability to analyze trends and share actionable insights

Familiarity with CRM tools for logging activities and tracking metrics

Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to address pain points effectively
