Technical Sourcer

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer to help build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing plans

Identify and engage a diverse range of top-tier candidates for various technical and corporate roles

Build and maintain talent pipelines and track key recruiting metrics to improve processes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter with a successful track record

Deep understanding of the technology landscape and ability to engage with technical professionals

Experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar tools

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preference for candidates with in-house recruitment experience
