Job Description

Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure Housekeeping departmental standards are followed
• wash, dry, fold, press room lines, guest cloths and uniforms.
• Maintain inventory in the laundry room.
• Respond timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items ie : cribs, cots, extra towels etc.
• Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from work space,
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the tower closets and restrooms
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Report necessary maintenance items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
