General Manager

Position Overview :

Mark Bric is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead a small but growing division of its light production company located in Prince George, VA. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, financial expertise, and operational oversight capabilities. The General Manager will partner with the President of Mark Bric Sweden, to be responsible for strategic direction of the organization, driving U.S. sales growth, managing the division's finances, and overseeing production and logistics operations.

Summary of Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

Sales & Marketing (60%)

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to expand U.S. market share.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Corporate marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Financial / Administrative Management (30%)

Operations Oversight (10%)
