Application Analyst II

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II, Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Delivery program

Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users and lead designated projects

Participate in team and project meetings and assist with onboarding of new hires

Required Qualifications

High school diploma with four years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of related experience, or a master's degree in a related field

Experience in higher education applications preferred

Knowledge of SQL and database management preferred

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required

Project leadership experience is preferred
