Implementation Specialist

Leading end-to-end deployments of SaaS applications, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will guide municipal clients through configuration, data migration, and training, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing platform value. Key Responsibilities: Lead technically complex or sensitive implementations across multiple departments within municipalities Act as a strategic advisor to clients, re-engineering business processes to enhance platform value Design and conduct training sessions for executives and department heads focused on change management and platform adoption Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of SaaS Implementation or Professional Services experience Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and data management principles Experience analyzing complex data structures and translating client data logic into technical requirements Proficiency with implementation-related tools such as Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Jira Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and navigate organizational politics effectively
