Salary : $85K–$110K base (DOE) + performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Estimator with a strong background in commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities, particularly projects with heavy MEP systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected, mid-sized contractor known for quality work, a collaborative environment, and a focus on developing strong team relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates at schematic, design development, and construction document phases.
• Develop material take-offs and labor / equipment pricing for self-performed scopes.
• Review and validate subcontractor bids and schedules.
• Present estimates confidently to management and clients.
• Review software-generated estimates for completeness and technical accuracy.
• Lead job buyouts and subcontractor negotiations.
• Support projects in cold storage, data centers, clean rooms, food processing, or other MEP-intensive facilities.
