Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients within the travel industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others communicate clearly and are interested in learning the travel business while delivering exceptional service.
As a Customer Service Representative you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries provide guidance throughout the planning and booking process and help ensure a smooth positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and online messaging
Assist clients with travel planning reservations and general questions
Provide accurate information about destinations travel options policies and procedures
Maintain clear professional and timely communication
Follow company service standards and operational guidelines
Document client interactions and updates in company systems
Support clients before during and after travel as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers email and web-based systems
Detail-oriented with a positive solution-focused mindset
Interest in travel hospitality or tourism is a plus
