ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN .

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of assignments and resolve problems independently without close supervision.

  • Gain knowledge of policies and procedures related to client overhead material handling processes
  • Ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.
  • Collect, file, and maintain inspection data including calculations, and field files
  • Coordinate project initiation and scheduling by working with clients, engineers, and consultants to define scope, gather data, set timelines, and secure funding or charge numbers.
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer, Contractors, and Engineers to enhance communication and coordination for required services.
  • Strive to deliver the level of customer service that our customers and engineers expect and deserve.
  • Works to enhance the communication of policies and procedures to our customers and engineers

Qualifications

  • 4 years of related experience in a customer service, customer focused construction, engineering, or technical setting
  • Effective written and verbal communicator
  • Previous administrative experience collecting data and maintaining digital files
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills across departments
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to process data
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP software, specifically SAP
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, or MS Teams a plus
