Responsibilities
The QA Manager, Sr oversees a technical QA Test team located on and offshore, driving quality initiatives and continuous improvement. This position sets metrics, manages internal and external resources, develops test programs, and executes test plans using various troubleshooting tools.

Key Competencies for Position
Qualifications and Education Requirements
5 years of experience demonstrating expert skills with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Experience working with test automation frameworks and tools. 2 or more years people leadership for the QA function. Experience working in Agile & Waterfall methodologies. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Excellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-up skills to support multiple concurrent projects. Strong experience in process discovery and implementation. High level of initiative is required. Ability to meet deadlines, quickly and accurately troubleshoot issues, problem-solve and communicate with business professionals and leadership. Proficiency working with Test Management & Defect Management tools like JIRA / qTest is highly preferred. Position may require the need to travel to other Technology Hub locations in Chicago, Minneapolis / St Paul and Evansville Proficiency working with automation tools is preferred.
