As the HR Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving both the strategic and hands-on aspects of human resources. You'll lead initiatives that strengthen the workforce, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance across all HR functions. Human Resources Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business goals and long-term growth.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, career development, and workplace issues.
Develop and deliver training programs that promote leadership, safety, and professional growth.
Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that values teamwork, communication, and recognition.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support safety initiatives and workers' compensation processes in partnership with operations leadership.
Human Resources Manager Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-CP / PHR certification preferred.
