Shift : Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs / week, weekends and holidays as neededLength : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirement : Call - 8-12 days per monthHolidays : Work into rotation.

Requirements :

AZ license

2 years' Cath Lab experience

Level I Trauma experience required

BLS, ARRT

Other Details : EMR : Cerner and XperCommon diagnosis / Types of patients : Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.
