DEPS Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) support the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with clinical tasks including implementing the treatment plan as prescribed, taking, and completing clinical notes with data, staying current with certification requirements, and completing administrative tasks as needed. The RBT reports to their direct supervisor regarding client specific training and implementation and the Executive Director of ABA Services for general employment.

• Pass required background checks
• Possess a fingerprint clearance card

• Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of technological applications
• Must have reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Can work effectively in fast paced environments
Physical Requirements:
• Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time and get up and down off of the floor quickly
• Ability to climb, jump, run
• Must have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety
• Exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an ipad and computer keyboard
