Our client in Ashtabula County, OH is in need of a Permanent Family Practice Physician.

Job Details :

  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • On call 3-4 days per month
  • Clinic Practice Setting
  • 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
  • 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
  • Practice Population : Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
  • Emergency Supplies Available : Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • EMR EPIC

Job Requirements :

  • BC / BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • OH license (or willing to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS (by time of start)
  • Must within a 40-mile radius or willing to relocate - REQUIRED

    • What Greenstaff Medical has to offer :

  • Salary range : $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview) : Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
  • Sign on bonus - negotiable
  • Relocation allowance
  • $5000 CME credit
  • Medical Plan : Deductibles as low as $200; Coinsurance 95 / 5 for tier 1 coverage; No out-of-pocket expense for routine care for both tier 1 and tier 2; Access to care at the ARMC Healthcare System and Cleveland Clinic; Dental and Vision plans; Flexible Spending Accounts
