Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred : Minimum of three (2) years of experience in purchasing, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
• Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered appropriate and acceptable.

Job Summary :

The Purchasing and Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions and maintaining accurate vendor and invoice records. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial operations of the school or district and ensures the timely and accurate payment of authorized expenses.
