Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud SCM Principal Consultant for Client Services.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues

Consult with clients using knowledge of Oracle SCM Applications to provide cost-effective solutions

Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling services

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

5 - 10 years of Client Services experience or related field

Experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Order Management and Procurement

Proven track record in project management and client satisfaction

At least one Oracle Cloud SCM-related functional certification preferred
