About The Position

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Laconia, New Hampshire . Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Help patients improve independence with daily living and work-related activities
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

    • Requirements

  • Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
