Key Responsibilities
Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries timely and accurately
Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and other communication channels
Documenting all customer communication clearly and ensuring first contact resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a customer service support role is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass required testing and adhere to assigned schedules
