Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes Ability to lead a fun, engaging, and professional environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to develop and mentor a team Deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality Self-driven with a desire to grow into a General Manager role Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Support and develop team members Conduct daily line checks to ensure quality and consistency Prepare end-of-shift and daily financials Follow operational best practices and uphold brand standards Manage day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences Foster a culture of integrity, hospitality, and teamwork Build regular clientele and contribute to a collaborative team environment

We’re hiring an Austin-local, Upscale Restaurant Manager to join our team of passionate hospitality professionals.
If you’re a polished, detail-driven leader with a deep appreciation for scratch kitchens and high-touch guest experiences, this is your opportunity to grow with a locally owned, upscale-casual restaurant group.
