As a Data Engineer HCM , you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities :

8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics, with at least 3+ years supporting HR / HCM systems.

Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks (Spark, PySpark, SQL-based ETL).

Hands-on expertise in building pipelines using ETL / ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, Airflow, dbt) and cloud-native data services (OCI Data Integration, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM data model, HDL / HCM Extracts, and OTBI subject areas is strongly preferred.

Experience with HR analytics and BI platforms (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).

Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.

Demonstrated experience with API-based integrations and automation in cloud data environments.

Knowledge of HR regulatory data standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and experience working in secure data environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Prior experience in consulting or supporting large-scale HCM implementations preferred.

Educational Qualifications :

Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
