Pain Medicine Nurse Practitioner\n\nLocation : Waldorf and Prince Frederick, Maryland\n\nPractice : Newbridge Spine & Pain Center\n\nAbout Newbridge Spine & Pain Center\n\nNewbridge Spine & Pain Center specializes in interventional pain management, offering advanced treatments and technologies to address chronic and acute pain conditions. Our expert team includes board-certified anesthesiologists, physician assistants, and certified nurse practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- Split time between our Waldorf and Prince Frederick locations.\n
- Conduct new patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and post-operative assessments for patients aged 18 and older.\n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.\n
- Perform trigger point injections (training provided if no prior experience).\n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.\n
- Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with no weekends or on-call duties.\n\nQualifications\n
- Board certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).\n
- Active Maryland state license or eligibility to obtain one.\n
- Minimum of one year post-graduate experience in Pain Medicine (preferred) or in Primary Care, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Urgent Care settings.\n
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n
