District Manager - Nashville, TN

Rebirth Advanced Healing, a division of Old Mission Wound Care, is a leading nationwide mobile advanced wound care medical practice seeking a motivated and results-oriented District Manager (DM) to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the northern Nashville area. As a DM, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, acquiring new patients, ensuring patient adherence to treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high degree of self-motivation, sales acumen, a strong focus on profitability, and a commitment to ethical and patient-centered practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the assigned district.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new patients and expand market share within various healthcare settings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at referral sources.
  • Conduct regular visits to referral sources to promote Rebirth's services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and sales activities in the Company's CRM system.
  • Identify and qualify potential patients through proactive engagement with referral sources.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options and adherence requirements in collaboration with clinical staff.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and treatment plans with clinical staff.
  • Encourage patient adherence to treatment plans to maximize treatment success and revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and referral sources.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Understand and manage the cost of goods sold (COGS) associated with patient care.
  • Strive to maximize gross profit by optimizing treatment plans and resource utilization.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and prioritize patient well-being.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and patients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Google workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must live and reside in / around the northern Nashville or Clarksville area
  • Compensation

    This role offers an annual base salary of $60,000 + a performance-based commission and bonus structure based on gross profit, patient acquisition, treatment adherence, district profitability, growth and loyalty. Total estimated annual earnings is $270,520 and has no compensation cap.
