Job Details

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active U.S. bar license (Texas preferred)
2+ years of immigration law experience
Employment-based immigration experience (PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities:
Prepare and file employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions
Advise individual and corporate clients on immigration strategy and compliance
Represent clients before USCIS, DOL, and other agencies
Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency

Skills:
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
