Therapeutic Strategy Lead

A company is looking for a Therapeutic Strategy Lead (CNS - Neurodegenerative Diseases) to serve as a senior scientific and clinical expert in a global clinical research organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic and scientific leadership for protocol design and feasibility, ensuring alignment with global standards

Serve as the lead clinical expert for proposals and early concepting, delivering therapeutic rationale and competitive insights

Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical sites to enhance enrollment performance and data quality

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred

Significant therapeutic expertise in CNS and experience in drug development

Proven scientific credibility with CNS focused KOLs and investigators

Experience in commercial proposals and study design balancing scientific rigor with operational constraints

Strong strategic thinking and ability to integrate therapeutic landscape into development plans
