CNC Programmer

We are looking for a detailed-oriented CNC Programmer to help our team produce high-quality parts in for the aerospace and defense industry. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing CNC programs and setup sheets.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Development : Create efficient and repeatable part programs using Esprit.

Documentation : Publish and update detailed setup sheets, ensuring clarity for machine operators with photos, notes, and clear work offsets.

Troubleshooting : Assist operators with program issues to improve quality and throughput.

Process Improvement : Engage with the shop floor to capture and implement process improvements.

File Management : Maintain and organize program and fixture files on the server.

Tooling : Select and verify tooling, and assist in maintaining the tooling catalog.

Fixture Design : Design and program necessary fixtures for part production.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Practical understanding of machining principles.

Proficiency in blueprint reading.

Experience with SolidWorks and Esprit.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Capable of working with minimal supervision.

4+ years machining experience.
